I had a good June so I took that extra cash and formed an LLC - “Alexandria Enterprises” (my daughter’s middle name). I’m still not really sure if I ever needed to do this - but now that most all of my earnings are going towards paying writers and other services, I thought it would be a good time to just do it and get that over with. And actually, it feels pretty cool to know that I own an LLC… small though it may be right now

Well…. with it I bought some extra stuff - that I don’t know that I’ll really need - like a seal and Microsoft business software, and the total was $577.
But the price varies from state to state from what I understand; and I think in general, the state fees plus filing fees probably run around $250.
